Our collective of shepherds are from a place apart, a remote and rugged land
where the elements reign. It is here in the West of Ireland that they choose
to raise their flocks in harmony with the environment, enhancing its
biodiversity and sustainability. Our free roaming lamb tastes better because
it is better. Its quality comes from the lush vegetation that surrounds
our home and from the committed care of our shepherds.
